Purchasing a Ready-Set home makes obtaining finance an easier process. First you will need to have a pre-approval from your financial institution so you know your limit. Once you find your home, all you will need to do is put down a 5% deposit to secure your home and pay the balance on settlement.
Ready-Set Homes are all-inclusive and truly move-in ready. Each package includes landscaping, driveway, fencing, letterbox and clothesline—so you can settle in from day one. Every home features unique, thoughtfully tailored inclusions, so we recommend speaking with a Sales Consultant for a full list of inclusions for your chosen package.
Settlement takes place once your new home is complete. We’ll arrange a final inspection, and once you’ve paid the remaining balance (less your 5% deposit), you’ll receive the keys and can move into your brand new North home.
