As 2024 comes to a close, we can look back with pride at what North Homes has achieved over the year for our clients and the continued success and growth of our business.
From opening a number of wonderful new display homes and introducing our concierge service for knockdown rebuild projects to seeing so many delighted families move into their beautiful new homes, this has been a year to remember.
Here are just a few of the highlights that have made this 12 months so special at North Homes.
Our best on Display
This year we launched 4 fabulous new display homes for our clients to experience and truly envisage their future homes, allowing them to make informed, on-the-spot decisions in line with their lifestyle needs. Each display showcases our high-quality design and build standards, including the superior level of inclusions we offer in our homes. Here are the 4 new display homes we opened in 2024.
- Fraser 22 – a stylish Hampton’s themed home, the Fraser 22 displays the very best in 4 bedroom contemporary family living with our Enhanced inclusions package. Cleverly designed for a 9m block, the Fraser offers elegance and luxury appointments at every turn.
- Savannah 32 – nominated as a finalist for the HIA NSW Region Display Homes Awards in the $800,000 to $1 million category, our Savannah is stunning in every aspect, while designed to bathe the interiors of this exceptional home with natural light.
- Charlotte 32 – The graceful Charlotte 32 epitomises the perfect blend of coastal luxe style with the timeless beauty of a classic Hamptons façade, to create an elegant, yet relaxed 4 bedroom family home on a narrow block.
- Charlotte 34 – Sleek in design and commanding in street presence, the clean, contemporary lines of our Charlotte 34 façade makes the ultimate statement in city chic design from our Signature series.
Year of Happy Homeowners
This year we’ve had the pleasure of handing over some beautiful new homes to our delighted clients. We worked closely with each client along the whole build journey, to customise and tailor each home to suit their specific needs. Many had personal touches added to the design to make them unique, including the option for additional rooms to suit their lifestyle needs and aspirations.
This remains the most rewarding part of our business, seeing our clients’ dreams become reality.
Our Knockdown Rebuild Takes Off
Another memorable development during 2024 was the launch of our new concierge service of Knockdown Rebuilds projects. This service offers clients the opportunity to create their dream home in a location they already love, with our expert team guiding them through every step of the process. Already we have several Rebuild projects underway, we’re excited to bring even more client’s vision to life in 2025, creating their perfect home for their existing block of land.

One of our real highlights of 2024, has been the continued growth of our North Homes team, which enables us to deliver a personalised service second to none for our clients.We pride ourselves on delivering a detail focussed approach with exceptional attention to detail through carefully managing our workload and builds to deliver only the best for each client.
This ensures we can support and prioritise our clients needs at every stage of the home building process, to make their journey as enjoyable as possible, and create a result that simply exceeds all expectations.
