Our Leadership Team
Sarah brings her vast experience and passion for creating family homes to her role as our General Manager of Operations. Having managed customer service teams for some of NSW’s largest residential builders, including Metricon and McDonald Jones Homes, Sarah’s natural leadership skills, and intricate knowledge of operations from her work as a buyer’s agent, enable her to work as an advocate for North Homes’ customers, to ensure their journey through the building process is a positive, collaborative experience and they receive homes that exceed their expectations.

Dan is involved with all aspects of the construction process, using his technical expertise and vast hands-on experience to deliver multiple projects across a variety of residential or commercial applications. Bringing his depth of experience of over 20 years, Dan is a licensed builder and qualified carpenter, who manages the entire team through every step of the construction journey, to ensure every home is built to the highest standard of quality.

With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Rashed is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of North Homes and also Landen Group, which he co-directs with Jim. He is committed to leading purpose-driven organisations that are motivated to create value for their customers and stakeholders, while remaining outcome-focused.
JIM DIONYSATOS
Jim has worked in property development and financial services for over 20 years, holding advisory roles with some of Australia’s largest property development companies. Also a Director of Landen Group, he is passionate about creating quality homes, residential estates and wealth for our customers and stakeholders. Jim is responsible for driving our shared mandate of being the best, most respected, trusted and recognised in the industry.
CRYSTAL FENG
Crystal is responsible for the overall financial management and operations at North Homes, including risk management and forecasting, to achieve their vision and strategic objectives. With over 15 years of experience in the finance and property industry, Crystal creates positive change through transparency and foresight, to deliver North Homes’ values and promises to both customers and stakeholders.
